He provides structural analysis and design, prepares permit-ready drawings and calculations, and acts as Engineer of Record and delegated structural engineer. Bladimir coordinates directly with municipalities, architects, contractors, and building owners to deliver safe, efficient, and code-compliant structures.

Yaby Perea

Director of Finance & Administration | Partner – 14 years with BFP Engineering Solutions

Yaby manages the firm’s finance, administration, and HR functions, supporting day-to-day operations and long-term planning. Her responsibilities include bookkeeping, payroll, contracts, and internal policies, ensuring the business runs smoothly while the engineering team focuses on project delivery. Additionally, she plays a role in forensic assessments that enhance the firm's strategic decisions. As a part-owner alongside Bladimir Feria, she contributes to the strategic decisions that guide the firm’s growth and client service.

Hatim Morbiwala, P.Eng., M.Eng.
