BFP Engineering Solutions Inc. is a structural engineering consulting firm founded in February 2010, providing professional engineering services across Ontario, British Columbia, and Quebec.

We specialize in structural design, assessment, and consulting for residential, commercial, agricultural, and restoration projects. Our work supports homeowners, contractors, developers, municipalities, and insurance restoration firms who require clear engineering direction and dependable structural documentation.

With over 15 years of continuous practice, we have delivered thousands of structural designs including low-rise buildings, complex renovations, structural modifications, and forensic assessments.

BFP Engineering Solutions Inc. provides structural engineering services across residential, commercial, agricultural, and light industrial sectors. Our work includes structural design for new homes, additions, renovations, low-rise residential and commercial buildings, tenant fit-ups, farm structures, warehouses, and specialty industrial facilities. We design practical, code-compliant structural systems including load-bearing wall removals, beam design, foundation systems, underpinning, long-span agricultural framing, and efficient steel and concrete structures. In addition to new construction and renovation projects, we provide forensic structural engineering and restoration design services, working with insurance and restoration contractors to assess structural damage from fire, impact, water intrusion, settlement, and structural distress, and to develop clear, buildable repair solutions. Our focus is direct and practical: safe structural performance, efficient construction, and dependable engineering documentation that supports permitting and successful project delivery.

Bladimir leads the practice and oversees structural engineering services for residential, commercial, agricultural, institutional, and industrial projects. He provides structural analysis and design, prepares permit‑ready drawings and calculations, and acts as Engineer of Record and delegated structural engineer. Bladimir coordinates directly with municipalities, architects, contractors, and building owners to deliver safe, efficient, code‑compliant structures.

Yaby Perea
Director of Finance & Administration | Partner – 14 years with BFP Engineering Solutions

Yaby manages the firm’s finance, administration, and HR functions, supporting day‑to‑day operations and long‑term planning. Her responsibilities include bookkeeping, payroll, contracts, and internal policies, ensuring the business runs smoothly while the engineering team focuses on project delivery. As a part‑owner alongside Bladimir Feria, she contributes to strategic decisions that guide the firm’s growth and client service.

Harshit Bhavesh Dholariya

Harshit delivers CAD and BIM support for structural projects across institutional, healthcare, commercial, residential, and agricultural sectors. He prepares and coordinates structural drawings, develops and maintains CAD/BIM models, and manages drawing revisions from design through construction.
